About the Venue

The Richard Rodgers Theatre, originally Chanin’s 46th Street Theatre, was designed by Herbert J. Krapp and built in 1925 by Irwin Chanin. The theatre currently holds the distinction of having housed the greatest number (eleven) of Tony Award-winning Best Plays and Best Musicals, more than any other theatre on Broadway.

Concessions

There are three bars located on the street level of the theatre, and one on the mezzanine level. Mixed drinks, soda, and candy are available for purchase.
