Once Upon a Mattress Tickets

Sutton Foster is a two-time Tony award winning actress and singer who was most recently seen on stage in her highly anticipated Broadway run as Marian Paroo in the acclaimed revival of The Music Man at The Winter Garden Theatre. Her performance earned her seventh Tony award nomination as well as the coveted 2022 Drama League Distinguished Performance Award. Foster will next be seen leading the forthcoming New York City Center Encores! adaptation of Once Upon a Mattress as Princess Winnifred in January of 2024. In the summer of 2021, she reprised one of her most notable roles as Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes at the Barbican Theatre in London in which she earned an Oliver Award nomination for Best Actress in a Musical. Her original performance in the Roundabout Theatre Company’s revival at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre earned her a 2011 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. On television, Sutton led the critically acclaimed Darren Star and TV Land series, Younger for seven seasons, making it the longest running original series in TV Land history. Previously, Foster has also appeared on Broadway in Violet, Anything Goes (Tony Award), Shrek, Young Frankenstein, The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Thoroughly Modern Millie (Tony Award), Les Misérables, Annie, The Scarlet Pimpernel, and Grease. Off-Broadway, Sutton has been seen in Sweet Charity (The Pershing Square Signature Center), The Wild Party (City Center Encores!), Trust (Second Stage), and Anyone Can Whistle (City Center Encores!). She has toured all over the country with her solo albums, which include Take Me to the World, Wish and An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Café Carlyle. Additionally, she has also appeared on television in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, A Million Little Things, Instinct, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, Mad Dogs, Elementary, Psych, Bunheads, Royal Pains, Law & Order: SVU, Flight of the Conchords and Sesame Street. She holds an honorary doctorate from Ball State University, where she also teaches.

Michael Urie can currently be seen hosting the new Discovery+/HGTV competition show Clipped and in the new series The Bite!, created by Michelle and Robert King. He recently wrapped shooting on the Netflix film, Single All The Way, that will stream this coming holiday season. On stage, he was most recently seen in back to back New York theatre productions beginning with the Public Theatre’s revival of Tony Kushner’s A Bright Room Called Day, followed by the Broadway premiere of Bess Wohl’s Grand Horizons. Prior to that, he starred in the Tony Award-nominated Broadway revival of Harvey Fierstein Torch Song, following his critically acclaimed performance in the off-Broadway production at Second Stage, earning Lucille Lortel Award and Drama League Award nominations. Michael originated the role of Alex More in Jonathan Tolins’ Buyer & Cellar Off-Broadway, on tour, and in London, for which he received the Drama Desk Award, Clarence Derwent Award, the Lucille Lortel Award, LA Drama Critics Award and nominations for the Drama League and Outer Critics Circle Awards. Nikki Renée Daniels was most recently seen as Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton in Chicago. Broadway credits include The Book of Mormon (Nabulungi); The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess (Clara); Les Miserables (Fantine); Anything Goes; Promises, Promises; Aida; Nine; Little Shop of Horrors and Lestat. Daniels made her New York City Opera debut as Clara in Porgy and Bess. Other New York credits include Martha Jefferson in 1776 at City Center Encores! and Rose Lennox in The Secret Garden at David Geffen Hall. On television she has appeared as a featured player on Chappelle's Show, Madam Secretary and The Sound of Music: Live. She has performed as a soloist with numerous symphony orchestras across the country, in Canada, and at Carnegie Hall.

After making his Broadway debut understudying both male leads in the Tony Award winning musical Thoroughly Modern Millie and creating the role of Matthew in the off-Broadway musical Altar Boyz, Cheyenne Jackson took on his first leading role in All Shook Up. His other Broadway credits include Xanadu, Finian’s Rainbow and The Performers. On TV, Jackson plays Dustin Goolsby in Glee and Danny Baker in 30 Rock.
